A Message from the Candidate (12.7.09)

With a strong background in education and education related activities, and with extensive feedback from Oregonians in the First Congressional District, I spoke from the heart as I taped this video and developed my position on education. As we enter this holiday season, education and family issues rise to the top of our political discussions. While I am grateful that this issue is being raised by so many, it is important that we discuss education and opportunities for the younger generation to excel and succeed in life all year long. Once elected I will lead the fight to ensure the discussion on real educational reform makes it out of our living rooms and into Congress for a vote.
